Can you issue a receipt?

Yes, we can.

A receipt can be downloaded from the shipping confirmation email we send at the time of dispatch.

The recipient name on the receipt will be the company name (optional field) and the name provided at the time of your order. If you would like to change the recipient name, please click the "Change Recipient Name" button on the receipt download screen and make the necessary changes.

Please note that no documents showing the order amount, such as receipts or delivery notes, are included with the delivered items.

<Important Notes>

• We are unable to reissue handwritten receipts, issue receipts for only a portion of items ordered, or issue receipts without a description of goods. We appreciate your understanding.
• For cash on delivery orders, the cash on delivery handling fee will not be reflected on the receipt issued by us. Please refer to the receipt issued by Kuroneko Yamato at the time of delivery for the total amount including the cash on delivery handling fee. For transactions requiring a revenue stamp upon cash on delivery, a revenue stamp will be affixed to the receipt issued by Kuroneko Yamato at the time of delivery.

Please take care to ensure that your email address is entered correctly at the time of registration.

Additionally, please configure your settings to allow receipt of emails from the @ogawaken.co.jp domain.
