Can I make purchases outside of business hours? (About the vending machine)

At Shimbashi Store, products may be purchased from the vending machine located beside the shop, even outside of regular business hours.

As of December 2025, sales are conducted as follows.

• Available products: Raisinwich (10-piece, 5-piece, and 3-piece boxes)
• Sales hours:
  • Monday: Sales begin at 13:00 and continue through the following morning
  • Tuesday–Friday: Available 24 hours
  • Saturday: Until Raisinwich sells out
  • Sunday: Closed
• Payment methods: Credit card (contactless payment only), transit IC cards (Suica, PASMO, etc.), various electronic money (QUICPay, iD, WAON, etc.), and various QR code payments (PayPay, d-Barai, Rakuten Pay, AU Pay, Merpay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.)
  • Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
• Important notices
  • A receipt and a (plastic) bag are included with each product.
  • Multiple boxes cannot be purchased together in a single transaction; please purchase one box at a time.
  • Depending on the timing, items may be sold out.
  • The vending machine will not be in operation during extended closures such as the summer holiday and New Year holiday periods.
  • When Shimbashi Ekimae Building No. 1, in which Shimbashi Store is located, is closed, purchases cannot be made.
  • For food hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted unless a product is found to be defective.
  • The vending machine is not available at Meguro Store.
