How will the sender's name be listed on the courier slip?

During checkout, on the "Billing Address" entry screen:

• If you select "Same as delivery address":
  • The sender's name on the courier slip will be listed as "Paris Ogawaken" (please use this option when placing an order for yourself).

• If you select "Use a different billing address" and enter a name and address:
  • The name and address you enter will be listed in the sender field on the courier slip (please use this option if you would like to specify a particular sender, such as for a gift).
