What are the shipping (delivery) charges?

Currently, a flat rate applies nationwide, as follows.

• Cool delivery (Kuroneko Yamato): ¥1,200 (tax included)
  • Exception — Okinawa Prefecture only: ¥1,700 (tax included)

Please note that, in order to maintain product quality, all items are currently shipped via cool (refrigerated) delivery.

The shipping fee listed above is a flat rate per order, regardless of the number of items ordered. If multiple items are shipped to the same address in a single order, the shipping fee will be charged only once.

However, if you place multiple separate orders (e.g., with different delivery addresses), the shipping fee will be charged for each individual order.
