Please tell me about the onboarding process after joining the company.

For new graduates, following an initial group training session (classroom-based), further training is conducted primarily through OJT at the assigned workplace.

For those with prior experience, OJT begins immediately upon joining.

We have introduced a mentor-mentee programme, pairing each staff member with a mentor who is relatively close in age, so that everyone has someone they can comfortably turn to with day-to-day questions and concerns.
