Is your personnel system based on seniority?

Last updated: July 21, 2026

No, we do not operate on a seniority-based system.

It is true that staff members with longer tenures tend to have a broader skill set and are therefore more likely to take on managerial roles; however, we are a company where individual performance and ability play the most significant part.

In other words, it is entirely possible to have colleagues older than yourself reporting to you, or a supervisor who is younger than you.

That said, we strive to foster a workplace culture in which every member of staff respects one another regardless of age, and we believe there is little need to be overly conscious of seniority in either direction.
